Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Cooking spray or additional butter for the pan
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges look set.
- Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
