A quick and easy garlic butter shrimp dish that delivers restaurant-quality flavors in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (16-20 count), peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2-3 teaspoons minced garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, seasoning generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one additional minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then serve immediately.
Notes
