Description

Juicy and spicy Buffalo turkey burgers, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings with a classic Buffalo kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey (lean)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Blue cheese dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the burger mixture. In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Form patties. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Press a slight dip in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your cooking surface. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grates/pan.
  4. Cook until done. Cook the patties for 5–7 minutes per side, flipping once, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Assemble and serve. Place patties on buns and top with lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese dressing if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F. Don’t overmix for tender burgers.
