Description
A tangy and creamy dip that brings the bold flavors of Buffalo chicken wings to your table, perfect for parties and game days.
Ingredients
- 2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
- ¾ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1 (8-ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
Instructions
- Heat chicken and hot pepper sauce in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until heated through.
- Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook and stir for another 3-5 minutes, until well-blended and creamy.
- Mix in ½ of the Cheddar cheese, then transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on Low for about 35 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for better texture. Adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more or less hot sauce. Serve warm to prevent cheese from hardening.
