Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- If desired, mix in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Roll each ball of dough in powdered sugar until completely coated.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
- Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
