Ingredients
- 1 (18.3 oz) box Fudge Brownie Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips to distribute them evenly.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the baking sheet sit on a wire cooling rack for 10 minutes before transferring the cookies to the rack to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
