A scrumptious combination of brownies and cookies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 18.3 oz box Fudge Brownie Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (preferably dark chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, and eggs until the dough is soft and homogeneous.
- Fold in the chocolate chips carefully, ensuring even distribution.
- Scoop out the dough into balls (about 1.5 inches thick) and place them on the baking sheet with at least 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top for added visual appeal and flavor.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until set.
- Let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before moving to a cooling rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of vegetable oil. You can also substitute eggs with a flaxseed mixture for a vegan option.
