Ingredients
- 1 box (18.4 oz) Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 large Eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts until liquid.
- Whisk the eggs and vanilla together in a mixing bowl until frothy and light.
- Incorporate the melted butter into the egg mixture slowly while whisking.
- Add the brownie mix and stir until no dry streaks remain.
- Fold in the flour until the dough becomes thick and shiny.
- Add the chocolate chips and fold until evenly distributed.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the tops have a crinkle pattern.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil. You can also use gluten-free flour if needed.
