Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and all-purpose flour, stirring well.
- Add vegetable oil, water, and eggs to dry ingredients; mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips ensuring even distribution.
- Scoop small portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8–10 minutes until cookies have crinkly tops and slightly soft centers.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
Notes
For gluten-free options, substitute with a gluten-free brownie mix. Don’t overbake the cookies, as they will continue to cook on the baking sheet.
