Ingredients
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
- Crack in the eggs and pour in the vegetable oil. Stir until thick and smooth.
- If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
- Using a tablespoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set and centers look soft.
- Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
