Ingredients
- 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, flour, and vanilla extract until you have a thick, cohesive dough.
- If using chocolate chips, fold them into the dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the edges are set while the centers remain slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a unique flavor twist, substitute vegetable oil with melted coconut oil.
