Description
A delightful recipe that merges the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the soft and chewy nature of cookies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box (18 oz/510 g) of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup (175 g) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (100 g) of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until just blended; it’s okay if there are some lumps.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and nuts if you’re using them.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop generous portions of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one to allow for spreading.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops look slightly cracked.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter and use quality ingredients.
