Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 soft corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave while the shrimp are cooking.
- Assemble your tacos by placing the cooked shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy!
