Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked bacon, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss everything until well coated.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
