Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked bacon, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss everything until well coated.
