Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Notes
For a vegetarian version, skip the bacon and substitute walnuts for sunflower seeds.
