Ingredients
- 5-6 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup salted sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup red onion, diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and diced red onion. Gently toss to mix everything.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to let those flavors meld together.
