Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli (tops only)
  • 1 head of cauliflower (tops only)
  • 8 slices well-cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salted and roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (like granulated sugar or honey)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sweetener to create the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
