Description

A refreshing and colorful salad featuring broccoli, cauliflower, and a creamy dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
