Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
