Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and red onion.
