Instructions
- Arrange ladyfinger cookies in a serving dish.
- Layer them with blueberry filling.
- Make a creamy cheesecake mousse by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon a layer of cheesecake mousse over the blueberry filling.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
