Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger cookies
  • Blueberry filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • White chocolate shavings (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Arrange ladyfinger cookies in a serving dish.
  2. Layer them with blueberry filling.
  3. Make a creamy cheesecake mousse by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon a layer of cheesecake mousse over the blueberry filling.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
  7. Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
