Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crumble cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine the crumble cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries and sour cream.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
