Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crumble cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine the crumble cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries and sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
