Description

A delightful fusion of brunch goodness and classic appetizers, these Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs pack all the flavors of the beloved cocktail without the glass!


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped celery or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, horseradish, tomato paste, hot sauce, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top and garnish with chopped celery or parsley.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, let the egg mixture sit for about 30 minutes before using. Best enjoyed cold.
