Description

A delightful mix of seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and crunchy tortilla chips – perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Cilantro Lime Dressing (to taste)
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Take a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour in 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer until thickened for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and diced avocado.
  4. Incorporate the seasoned beef into the salad mixture.
  5. Drizzle the bowl with Cilantro Lime Dressing and thoroughly toss to combine all ingredients.
