Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- Cilantro Lime Dressing (to taste)
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Take a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour in 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer until thickened for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and diced avocado.
- Incorporate the seasoned beef into the salad mixture.
- Drizzle the bowl with Cilantro Lime Dressing and thoroughly toss to combine all ingredients.
- Serve alongside tortilla chips for that perfect crunch!
