Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Pour into a greased baking dish.
