Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until you achieve your desired consistency—smooth or chunky, it’s your choice!
- Add the lime juice, diced onion, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic. Mix everything well to combine the flavors.
- Season with salt to taste.
- For an extra kick, fold in chopped cilantro and diced jalapeño.
