Juicy and smoky grilled chicken marinated in a sweet and savory maple-rosemary mix, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make the marinade by mixing the maple syrup, chopped rosemary, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable bag, pouring the marinade over, and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Check doneness with a thermometer to ensure the thickest part reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest the chicken for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
Notes
Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. For best flavor, do not over-marinate and ensure even thickness of chicken breasts.
