Description

Quick and flavorful chicken breasts grilled to perfection using a George Foreman grill. Ideal for busy weeknights or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each, ½” thick)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even ½” thickness if they are thick.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  4. Mix together the oregano, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper, then rub this blend generously onto the chicken.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken on the preheated grill. Close the lid and grill for 4-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning the chicken halfway through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Marinate chicken ahead for more flavor. Always preheat the grill for best results.
