Quick and flavorful chicken breasts grilled to perfection using a George Foreman grill. Ideal for busy weeknights or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each, ½” thick)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even ½” thickness if they are thick.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated evenly.
- Mix together the oregano, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper, then rub this blend generously onto the chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the preheated grill. Close the lid and grill for 4-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning the chicken halfway through.
- Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Marinate chicken ahead for more flavor. Always preheat the grill for best results.
