Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground hamburger
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped (can substitute with parsley)
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs (for binding, can use gluten-free options)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Combine ground hamburger, finely chopped onion, chopped basil, teriyaki sauce, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into even patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, or avocado.
- Store uncooked patties on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer them to a freezer bag for future meals.
