Description

Succulent and tender, these BBQ baby back ribs are a summer classic, perfect for cookouts and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl to create the dry rub.
  3. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Apply the dry rub generously over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil to lock in moisture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
  7. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Slather the ribs with BBQ sauce and transfer them to the grill.
  9. Grill the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
  10. Remove from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve!

Notes

For best results, remove the silver skin from ribs and ensure they are properly seasoned.
