Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl to create the dry rub.
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Apply the dry rub generously over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil to lock in moisture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Slather the ribs with BBQ sauce and transfer them to the grill.
- Grill the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
- Remove from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve!
Notes
For best results, remove the silver skin from ribs and ensure they are properly seasoned.
