Description

A vibrant salad combining fresh broccoli and cauliflower with a creamy dressing and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (can use turkey bacon)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a tangy twist)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
