Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (can use turkey bacon)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a tangy twist)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
