Description

A quick and easy recipe for succulent salmon fillets topped with a creamy, spicy sauce that will impress your family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the fillets.
  5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
