Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
