Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl, then stir in sesame oil.
- Lay the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce.
- Broil for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and adjust Sriracha to suit your spice level.
