Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl, then stir in sesame oil.
  3. Lay the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce.
  4. Broil for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and adjust Sriracha to suit your spice level.
