Ingredients
- 1 can cinnamon rolls
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cut cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top, then drizzle melted butter over everything.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with maple syrup.
