Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the bananas, rolled oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Notes
