Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil or butter for cooking


Instructions

  1. Combine the ripe bananas, rolled oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter.
  3. Use about 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake and pour it onto the heated skillet.
  4. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface, then carefully flip the pancake and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
