Description

Juicy chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar, grilled with vegetables for a delightful summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • Zucchini, sliced
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken along with the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. You can substitute chicken for shrimp or tofu.
