Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil in a large baking dish and lay the chicken breasts flat.
- Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken until well coated.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of each breast.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
