Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish, and pour the sauce mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for a few hours for extra flavor. You can adjust the spice level by varying the amount of sriracha.
