Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish, and pour the sauce mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
