Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the coconut milk and lemon juice, stirring to combine seamlessly.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to elevate the flavors.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut lemon cream sauce over them.
