Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 8-10 small tortillas
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds, just until they’re pliable.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the rolled taquitos with olive oil or cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dips like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
