Description

A vibrant and creamy guacamole recipe that is quick, easy, and perfect for dips or as a topping for various dishes.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in freshly squeezed lime juice and salt.
  4. Add the diced onion, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, jalapeño (if using), and minced garlic (if using) to the mashed avocado.
  5. Mix gently until everything is well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

Notes
