Ingredients
- 3 large Hass avocados (or 4-5 small)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
- 2 serrano or jalapeño peppers (minced)
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pits.
- Score each half with a knife and gently scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced tomatoes, minced onion, cilantro, and seeded peppers into the bowl.
- Drizzle in the lime juice and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using a fork or potato masher, mash the mixture to your desired consistency—smooth or chunky, it’s your choice!
- Serve with corn chips or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or grilled meats.
