Ingredients
- 2 kg pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Combine the brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl to create a rub.
- Generously coat the ribs with the spice mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2 to 3 hours, or until they are tender and practically falling off the bone.
- Remove from the oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
- Serve immediately and prepare to enjoy the deliciousness!
