Description

Succulent American-style BBQ ribs slathered in tangy sauce, perfect for summer gatherings and family barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Combine the brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl to create a rub.
  3. Generously coat the ribs with the spice mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 2 to 3 hours, or until they are tender and practically falling off the bone.
  6. Remove from the oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
  7. Serve immediately and prepare to enjoy the deliciousness!
