Description
A quick and healthy air fryer salmon recipe that’s perfectly flaky with a crisp exterior, ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (about 4-6 ounces each, skin-on preferred)
- Olive oil (or your choice of oil)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (for an extra flavor kick)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat your salmon fillets dry and place them on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Once preheated, place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 7-10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully transfer the salmon to a plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over it and garnish with your choice of herbs.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the basket and consider marinating the salmon for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
