Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Brush the salmon fillets generously with the honey mustard glaze on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
