Description
A nostalgic breakfast made easy with the air fryer, resulting in crispy toast and perfectly cooked eggs.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of thick bread
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray and place the bread slices in a single layer.
- Press a drinking glass into the center of each slice to create an indent. Press down the center further with your fingers.
- Crack one egg into the center of each indent and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the air fryer at 340°F for 8 minutes. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Carefully remove each egg toast from the basket and serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust cooking times for different yolk preferences. Serve with bacon, fruit, or avocado for a complete meal.
