Crispy, seasoned chicken drumsticks made in the air fryer for a juicy, hands-off dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs (drumsticks)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: your favorite seasoning blend (Cajun, lemon pepper, BBQ rub, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Season the chicken: Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels, then coat with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check doneness with a thermometer; target 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Rest the chicken for 3–5 minutes before serving.
