Description
A quick and delicious Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon recipe with a crispy exterior and creamy, spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 pound salmon (cut into 2 to 4 fillets)
- Kosher salt
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended. Pour 3/4 of the sauce into a separate bowl for dipping.
- Brush most of the remaining sauce onto the salmon fillets, reserving some to brush halfway through cooking. Season the fish generously with kosher salt.
- Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 9 to 11 minutes, brushing on additional bang bang sauce halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve alongside the reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.
Notes
For the best texture, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. You can swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
