Ingredients

- 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat each salmon bite in the flour mixture.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to prepare the bang bang sauce.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil, then arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer.
