Description

Crispy and flavorful salmon bites coated in a zesty bang bang sauce, perfect for casual dinners or as an impressive appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Coat each salmon bite in the flour mixture.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to prepare the bang bang sauce.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil, then arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with additional bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy bites, marinate the salmon in bang bang sauce for 15-30 minutes before breading. Ensure the air fryer is not overcrowded for even cooking.
