Description

A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad perfect for summer barbecues and gatherings, packed with bold flavors and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice, such as rotini or shells)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Combine the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Make the dressing: Whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
